I do not think there is any intention to

re÷insure in the matter of compensation for disable+

ment. As regards reinsurance on lives it is aesirable: that the Colony should safeguard itself, but it will be: difficult for the C.A. to negotiate cover nere; in the·

absence of particulars as to the man. I think time: H.K. Govt. had better negotiate out there with the 1 Agents of the Companies. Copy of this to Gov. ra÷ marking as above; and send C.A. copy of our desp.
